Binary Plink file
=================

Input file
~~~~~~~~~~

This file is supported through the package ``AlphaPlinkPython``,
which can be installed via ``pip``, but is only stable for Linux.
There are known issues with this package,
so we do not advocate its use at the moment.
The pedigree supplied by the ``.fam`` file will be used if a pedigree file is not supplied.
Otherwise, the pedigree file will be used and the ``.fam`` file will be ignored.
